Does this feel familiar?

Being the strong one can leave little room for you.

You may be navigating a separation, a transition, or simply the feeling that the life you built no longer fits. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.

You say yes, then wish you hadn’t.

Practise pausing, recognising your needs, and giving an answer you can stand behind.

You keep trying to earn your place in a relationship.

Explore what you need from connection and how to express it without leaving yourself behind.

Everyone knows the capable you. You’re not sure who you are now.

Reconnect with your values and choose a direction that fits this chapter of your life.

The Return to Self Method

Understand yourself. Then practise something different.

We begin with listening, not assumptions. These four areas guide the work; your needs shape the focus and pace.

  1. 01

    Recognition

    Understand the pattern.

Notice what happens, what you need, and which familiar responses influence your choices.

  2. 02

    Reconnection

    Hear yourself again.

Make room for your emotions, your voice, and the needs you may have learned to set aside.

  3. 03

    Self-trust

    Practise a different choice.

Try a boundary, a request, or a decision that reflects your values, at a pace you can sustain.

  4. 04

    Integration

    Bring it into your life.

Reflect on what happened, adjust what did not fit, and carry the learning into everyday relationships.

In everyday life, that might mean: noticing the urge to agree, taking time to check what you want, and replying with a clear boundary. We work with real situations, not a perfect version of you.

Inside the partnership

You don’t have to turn insight into change alone.

Private one-to-one calls

Focused time with Sara to explore what matters to you, with listening, thoughtful questions, and honest reflection.

A rhythm that fits your life

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, with the exact schedule and session length agreed in your proposal.

Support between sessions

WhatsApp for reflection and questions, within agreed availability and response windows.

A personalised beginning

An intake that helps clarify your priorities, capacity, and what meaningful progress would look like.

Practice beyond the call

Reflection, grounding, emotional awareness, and practical actions adapted to your needs.

Space to review and adjust

Regular progress reviews to notice changes, revisit challenges, and refine the focus together.

Your exact session count, length, and communication arrangements are confirmed in writing before you begin.

Meet your coach

I know what it means to begin again.

I’m Sara, author of Journey Back to Self and creator of The Return to Self Method. After a life-changing accident, rebuilding my life also meant questioning who I had become, what I believed, and what I wanted next.

That lived experience informs how I show up: with compassion, direct reflection, and respect for your pace. Your story is not mine. My role is to listen closely and help you find choices that belong to you.

A thoughtful fit

A partnership, not a promise to fix you.

This work asks for curiosity and practice, not perfection. You remain the decision-maker in your own life.

  • You want to explore a pattern, a decision, or a new chapter.
  • You are willing to try small, realistic actions between sessions.
  • You want support and reflection while keeping ownership of your choices.

Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care. The focus is awareness, decisions, and everyday practice; individual experiences and outcomes vary.

Before you begin

Your questions deserve clear answers.

What happens on the free clarity call?

We talk about what you are navigating, what you want to change, and the support you are looking for. You can ask questions about Sara’s approach and explore whether it feels like a mutual fit. You do not have to choose a programme or commit on the call.

When will I receive the programme details and investment?

After the clarity call, if we decide to explore working together, Sara shares a personalised proposal. It confirms the recommended duration, session count and length, schedule, investment, payment arrangements, and support boundaries. You review everything before agreeing to begin.

Do I need to know which programme to choose?

No. The three durations are starting structures, not a decision you need to make alone. Sara recommends a pace and focus based on your needs, goals, and capacity for practice.

Do I have to tell my whole story?

No. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing. A few sentences are enough for your enquiry, and you do not need to describe traumatic experiences in the form. In sessions, the focus and pace are discussed together.

Is this therapy or trauma treatment?

No. This is coaching for reflection, goals, decisions, and practice. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. If you need clinical support, work with an appropriately qualified professional.

What are the privacy and WhatsApp boundaries?

The limits of confidentiality, appropriate use of messaging, availability, and response windows are confirmed in the coaching agreement. WhatsApp is not continuous access or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Your next step

You don’t need all the answers. Let’s start with a conversation.

  1. 01

    Send a short enquiry

Tell Sara what you would like support with. She will reply to arrange the clarity call; the form does not book a time.

  2. 02

    Explore the fit together

Ask your questions, discuss your needs, and consider whether this is the right support for you.

  3. 03

    Review your proposal

If there is a mutual fit, receive your programme details and investment privately. Decide after you have the full picture.
