Focused Foundation
One clear place to begin
A focused partnership around a defined challenge, transition, or repeating pattern. Space for clarity and the first meaningful changes in how you choose and respond.
Private 1-to-1 coaching with Sara Jodoin
You deserve the care
you give so freely.
Private coaching for women who are tired of overgiving and putting their needs last. Reconnect with your voice, your values, and choices that feel like your own.
A free conversation. No obligation to begin.

Does this feel familiar?
You may be navigating a separation, a transition, or simply the feeling that the life you built no longer fits. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
Practise pausing, recognising your needs, and giving an answer you can stand behind.
Explore what you need from connection and how to express it without leaving yourself behind.
Reconnect with your values and choose a direction that fits this chapter of your life.
The Return to Self Method
We begin with listening, not assumptions. These four areas guide the work; your needs shape the focus and pace.
Recognition
Notice what happens, what you need, and which familiar responses influence your choices.
Reconnection
Make room for your emotions, your voice, and the needs you may have learned to set aside.
Self-trust
Try a boundary, a request, or a decision that reflects your values, at a pace you can sustain.
Integration
Reflect on what happened, adjust what did not fit, and carry the learning into everyday relationships.
In everyday life, that might mean: noticing the urge to agree, taking time to check what you want, and replying with a clear boundary. We work with real situations, not a perfect version of you.
Inside the partnership
Focused time with Sara to explore what matters to you, with listening, thoughtful questions, and honest reflection.
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, with the exact schedule and session length agreed in your proposal.
WhatsApp for reflection and questions, within agreed availability and response windows.
An intake that helps clarify your priorities, capacity, and what meaningful progress would look like.
Reflection, grounding, emotional awareness, and practical actions adapted to your needs.
Regular progress reviews to notice changes, revisit challenges, and refine the focus together.
Your exact session count, length, and communication arrangements are confirmed in writing before you begin.
Meet your coach
I’m Sara, author of Journey Back to Self and creator of The Return to Self Method. After a life-changing accident, rebuilding my life also meant questioning who I had become, what I believed, and what I wanted next.
That lived experience informs how I show up: with compassion, direct reflection, and respect for your pace. Your story is not mine. My role is to listen closely and help you find choices that belong to you.

Private coaching programmes
Three starting points, each personalised around your needs. You don’t need to choose a duration before we speak.
After the clarity call, if there is a mutual fit, Sara shares a personalised proposal with your recommended programme, session details, support, and investment. Nothing begins until you have reviewed and agreed the terms.
A thoughtful fit
This work asks for curiosity and practice, not perfection. You remain the decision-maker in your own life.
Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care. The focus is awareness, decisions, and everyday practice; individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Before you begin
We talk about what you are navigating, what you want to change, and the support you are looking for. You can ask questions about Sara’s approach and explore whether it feels like a mutual fit. You do not have to choose a programme or commit on the call.
After the clarity call, if we decide to explore working together, Sara shares a personalised proposal. It confirms the recommended duration, session count and length, schedule, investment, payment arrangements, and support boundaries. You review everything before agreeing to begin.
No. The three durations are starting structures, not a decision you need to make alone. Sara recommends a pace and focus based on your needs, goals, and capacity for practice.
No. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing. A few sentences are enough for your enquiry, and you do not need to describe traumatic experiences in the form. In sessions, the focus and pace are discussed together.
No. This is coaching for reflection, goals, decisions, and practice. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. If you need clinical support, work with an appropriately qualified professional.
The limits of confidentiality, appropriate use of messaging, availability, and response windows are confirmed in the coaching agreement. WhatsApp is not continuous access or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your next step
