WOMEN’S HEALING COACH · SPEAKER · AUTHOR OF JOURNEY BACK TO SELF
My story is not about staying strong. It is about coming home.
This is the story behind Journey Back to Self and the method I now teach women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves to be chosen.

The return
Sometimes the breaking point becomes the doorway back home.
I spent most of my life feeling like I did not belong. Not fully in my family. Not fully in the life I was expected to live. Not fully inside myself.
I carried the silent pain of feeling different, inadequate, and somehow less deserving of love than everyone else. Like love was something other people received naturally, but for me, it had to be earned. I had to be strong enough, useful enough, quiet enough, small enough.
I learned how to survive. I became the woman who fought for her place, carried too much, gave too much, and kept going even when something inside me was breaking.
And when love finally came close, I did not always know how to receive it. I knew how to fight for love. I knew how to prove myself. I knew how to shrink. I knew how to survive chaos. But I did not know how to simply be loved.
After leaving Portugal and rebuilding my life in Canada, after motherhood, heartbreak, survival, and a near-death experience that forced me to face how fragile life truly is, I began the hardest journey of all: the journey back to myself.
Back to my body. Back to my voice. Back to my worth. Back to the woman I had abandoned while trying to be loved.
Today, my work is for the woman who feels lost, unseen, exhausted, or tired of pretending she is okay. For the woman who gives too much. For the woman who does not know how to receive. For the woman who has spent her life fighting to be chosen - and is finally ready to choose herself.
You are not impossible to love. You were never too much. Your pain is not the end of your story.
The Return to Self Method
The method came from the work of returning, not from pretending the pain never happened.
I teach women how to recognize survival armor, rebuild self-trust, practice receiving, and begin growing through love instead of pain.
Back to my body. Back to my voice. Back to my worth.
Back to the woman I had abandoned while trying to be loved.
